How does it work?
Services are one to one.
Together we will design a programme that is right for you at times that work for both of us. The only exception to the one to one offer is an occasional retreat that I offer with my family and a few select friends. Each one is uniquely designed drawing from a range of disciplines such as mindfulness, dance, Pilates, reflection, prayer, and exercise.
